Hastalardaki t\u0131bbi duruma g\u00f6re, IV glutatyon haftal\u0131k veya g\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak d\u00fczenli bi\u00e7imde uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Glutatyon IV yoldan verildi\u011finde kan ak\u0131m\u0131ndaki yar\u0131lanma \u00f6mr\u00fc \u00e7ok k\u0131sa olup ortalama 14 dakikad\u0131r. IV glutatyon 2,000 mg (2 g) dozunda verildi\u011finde h\u00fccrelerin alabilece\u011fi sistein \u015feklinde birikir.
