Glutatyon v\u00fccudumuzda do\u011fal olarak \u00fcretilir. Toksinler de glutatyon d\u00fczeylerinin azalmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0Glutatyon azald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda serbest radikallere kar\u015f\u0131 korunamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in bu molek\u00fcller v\u00fccut yap\u0131lar\u0131na zarar verebilmektedir.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Aktif Glutatyon (GSH): Glutatatyon serbest radikalleri toplayarak doydu\u011funda karaci\u011ferde kendini yenilemektedir. \u0130deal \u015fartlarda glutatyonun %10\u2019u inaktif (oksitlenmi\u015f) durumda iken %90\u2019\u0131 aktif formdad\u0131r. GSH olarak da bilinen aktif glutatyon %90\u2019\u0131n alt\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde serbest radikallerle sava\u015f\u0131 kaybetmeye ba\u015flar\u0131z. Toksinler daha da birikti\u011finde GSH azalmaya devam eder.
